Scope
These terms govern access to and use of Binpocket, a SaaS trade management platform operated by Apsov (SIRET 102 674 058 00015). By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.

Account & access
You are responsible for keeping your password secret, for all activity on your workspace, and for keeping your contact email up to date. One person per account — sharing credentials is not allowed.

Plans
Free, Pro, and Business tiers are described on /pricing. Plan limits (users, SKUs, warehouses, audit history) are enforced in-product. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades at the end of the current billing period.

Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in EUR excl. VAT via Stripe. Invoices are emitted automatically. Failed payments pause premium features after a 7-day grace period. You may cancel anytime; no refund on partial months.

Availability
We aim for 99.5% uptime (Pro) and 99.9% (Business) excluding announced maintenance windows. Incidents are posted on /status. No SLA credits on Free.

Your data
Your workspace data belongs to you. We act as processor. You can export suppliers, customers, products, orders and payments to CSV from Settings at any time. Account deletion triggers a 30-day retention before permanent purge.

Intellectual property
The Binpocket brand, UI, source code and Poppy prompts remain the property of Apsov. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your business.

Liability
Binpocket is provided as-is. We cap total liability at the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the incident. We are never liable for indirect damages, lost profits, loss of data beyond our recovery obligations, or third-party integrations you configure.

Termination
Either party may terminate at any time: you by cancelling your subscription, us with 30 days notice or immediately for breach. Upon termination you get 30 days to export your data before purge.

Governing law
French law applies. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manosque, France, subject to applicable consumer-protection laws.
